Once you've submitted your brief description via our online contact form, our team will aim to reach out to you as swiftly as possible, or at a time that perfectly suits your schedule – we always work around your needs, not ours!
For urgent moves, we will do our utmost to arrange your move as quickly as possible. However, if your moving day is on the horizon and you have a specific date in mind, we strongly advise booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. We recommend contacting us at least two weeks beforehand to allow ample time for property surveys and planning. For smaller, straightforward jobs, we are often able to provide a fixed quote over the phone.
For larger or more complex removals, we may arrange a no-obligation, in-person consultation visit to your property or arrange a live video survey tour with you. Once you are completely satisfied with our quote – which factors in the volume of items, the distance of the move, and the team size required.
We never request a deposit before the move is carried out, and there will be no hidden fees or surprise charges once your belongings are safely settled in your new home, the job is not complete until our customers are happy with the service we have provided.
On the moving day, unless you have opted for our packing and furniture disassembly services, we kindly ask that all your belongings are packed and ready for transport (this includes preparing appliances like fridges, freezers, and washing machines).
Our team will handle all the heavy lifting, meaning you won't have to lift a finger – unless you wish to, of course! We are happy to collect items from all rooms within your property, simply ensuring safe and clear access for our team. Upon arrival at your new home, we move items into their designated rooms requested. Unlike some removal companies, we don't simply unload your belongings in the most convenient spot for us and depart; we ensure everything is placed where it needs to be.
Professional Packing Services
If you prefer we can undertake all the packing and protection of your furniture and possessions by our experienced team, simply let us know when you request your removal quote.
We will arrive fully equipped with everything needed to safely transport your furniture and larger, delicate items, including major appliances. All packing materials we can provide and use are of the good quality, and where applicable, typically, the packing materials we supply include various sizes of boxes, furniture covers, ample bubble wrap, strong packing tape, stretch wrap, and protective packing paper.
Furniture Disassembly and Reassembly
We are also provide with the disassembly of your larger furniture, and expertly reassemble them in your new home using our tools. This service is designed to significantly reduce your stress on moving day. Our team comes equipped with all necessary tools to dismantle and reassemble everything from flat-pack furniture to bespoke vintage cabinets.
Flexible Storage Solutions
If you require a temporary or long-term storage for some or all of your belongings before you move into your new home, we are happy to facilitate once you have secured suitable storage. While we currently do not offer our own storage facilities, we work with various reputable storage providers across London to ensure your possessions are securely housed, safe and well kept or one of your choosing.
